2. Privacy Policy - Core Provisions

2.1 Information We Collect

Usage Data: App interaction data (features used, time spent, content viewed), device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers), and location data (only if you explicitly grant permission, used to provide location-based features).
User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content you post, upload, or share through the App (including text, images, videos, and comments).

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Selky App and its core functionality.
To moderate and review UGC to ensure compliance with our content policies.
To personalize your App experience (e.g., tailored recommendations, customized content).
To communicate with you (e.g., service updates, security alerts, support responses).
To analyze usage trends and improve the App's performance, features, and usability.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, and other illegal or unauthorized activities.

2.3 GDPR Compliance (For EU/EEA Users)

For users located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or other regions governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we adhere to the following principles:

Lawful Basis for Processing: We process your data based on your consent (e.g., for marketing communications), the performance of a contract (e.g., providing App services), compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, service improvement).

2.5 Security

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Key Notice: By submitting UGC to Selky, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App. This license terminates when you delete your UGC or close your account (except for archived copies required by law or legitimate business purposes).

3.1 Prohibited UGC Content

We strictly prohibit the posting, uploading, or sharing of any UGC that contains or promotes:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content (including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or suggestive material).
Content that is grossly offensive, violent, graphic, or causes severe emotional distress (e.g., depictions of harm, death, or physical/mental abuse).
Gambling-related content (e.g., promotion of online casinos, sports betting, lottery schemes, or illegal gambling activities).
Content related to illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances (e.g., promotion of drug use, sale of drugs, or instructions for manufacturing drugs).
Political content (including but not limited to promotion of political parties, candidates, extremist ideologies, or political propaganda).
Discriminatory content (based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic).
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence against individuals or groups.
Illegal activity (e.g., theft, fraud, hacking, or violation of intellectual property rights).
False, misleading, or deceptive content (e.g., misinformation, fake news, or fraudulent claims).

3.2 UGC Enforcement and Consequences

We actively moderate UGC and reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any UGC that violates this policy. We do not tolerate users who post prohibited content or misuse the App's UGC features. Consequences for violating our UGC policy include:

Immediate removal of the prohibited UGC.
Temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to post UGC.
Permanent termination of your Selky account.
Reporting of illegal content to relevant authorities (e.g., law enforcement agencies).

We reserve the right to take enforcement action at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of this UGC policy.

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Selky App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

4.2 Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law).
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including violation of the UGC policy).
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks (e.g., through DDoS attacks, spamming, or malware).
Exploit the App for commercial purposes (e.g., selling access to features) without our prior written consent.
Share your account credentials with third parties (each account is limited to one user).

4.3 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason (including violation of this Agreement). Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete the App from all devices.

4.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4.5 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $10.

1.1 Age Restriction
